I recently purchased the Joie i-Harbour Car Seat from Zubaidas and wanted to share my experience.

The Issue: When my order arrived, I realized the car seat did not come with the base unit. This was a bit confusing because the marketing images on the website show the seat with the base, and there wasn't a clear indication that the base was sold separately.

The Resolution: I reached out to Zubaidas about the missing base, and I have to say their customer service was absolutely fantastic. They handled my concern promptly and allowed me to exchange the product without any hassle whatsoever. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely customer friendly.

Overall Experience: I am extremely satisfied with both the purchase and the way Zubaidas handled the situation. It's rare to find a retailer that makes exchanges this easy, and it definitely gives me confidence to shop with them again.

One Suggestion: I do wish Zubaidas would clearly mention in the product description if the car seat is being sold without the base, especially since the marketing images display it with the base attached. This small clarification would help avoid confusion for future buyers.
