Return Refund and Exchange Policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

Return Window

Claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all feeding, nursing, personal care and hygiene products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once used or opened. Clothing items are also not exchangeable or refundable if the tags are removed or the items have been used.

Return Shipping

Customers are to bear return shipping costs unless the issue is due to an error by Zubaidas.com

Refund Method

Refunds are issued via:
