Ali On November 11, at 12:58 pm, I purchased an item from Zubaida and inquired about their return policy. I was assured by the staff that I could return or exchange the product, and I expected the process to be straightforward.
However, when I returned to the store later that same day, I encountered unprofessional conduct from the staff. Not only was my request for a return denied, but the individual at the counter also handled the product in an unnecessary and inappropriate manner. This left me feeling disrespected and frustrated as a customer.
I had anticipated a more respectful and efficient experience, especially given the clear return policy mentioned initially.
